Find A Jobs Possible Workers

Andrew Dotto Updated by Andrew Dotto

The Possible Workers feature helps identify the most suitable resources for a job by presenting a list of workers who meet the required skills and location criteria. It provides additional context such as distance, efficiency and planning constraints, enabling planners to make informed decisions when assigning work.

Using Possible Workers

Selecting a job from the Jobs list and using Possible Workers allows planners to view all workers who meet the requirements to complete the work. This includes workers with the necessary abilities and sector coverage, along with additional information to support assignment decisions.

From this view, users can review factors such as distance from the worker’s home location, sector alignment (primary or secondary), efficiency indicators, variable skills and any planning restrictions such as frozen dates. This helps ensure the most suitable resource is selected for the job.

If you are using Quotas, you can also check the quota capacity of the operatives from this pop up. If you select and individual or a group of the listed workers and click on Quotas. This will display the amount of effort and available time currently allocated to the selected workers across all priorities in use.

Select the cancel button to return to the possible worker’s screen.
