Advanced Customer Messaging uses Advanced Identity and Multifactor Authentication to protect your SMS usage, History and Audit trail, by hosting the history audit within our secure myWorkPlace solution.
To access details about the Customer Messaging you have used, you will first need a myWorkPlace account. Your Advanced primary contact has been provided with Administrator rights to create all the necessary user accounts for your business. If you are in any doubt, please raise a support ticket with our support desk who can help guide you to an effective resolution.
Once you have your login credentials, access the myWorkPlace platform at this link: Advanced myWorkPlace
Enter your username, password and authentication token if requested

On Login, you will be presented with your customisable myWorkPlace dashboard. There is a lot you can do with this dashboard, especially if you have multiple integrated Advanced products. Find out more by exploring this link: Explore MyWorkplace!

To access your Customer Messaging history and audit trail, click on the App icon on the left hand menu to pull out the App Drawer and select Notifications.

If your menu looks like this

Use the Back button to get back to the top level menu and select the Notifications menu option. Now select History from the following menu. This will allow you to access the full history of your SMS usage.

When you first login, your History may be blank. Don't worry, once you start sending SMS Messages through the new Notifications Portal, it will show all the details you would expect.
Before sending any text messages:

After sending text messages:

Any issues in sending SMS messages to your recipients will be clearly identified within the Failure Reason column on this screen.

Currently our SMS Balance Tracking feature, accessed by the SMS Usage menu option, is in BETA and accessible by your Account Manager only. They will help you with balance queries when ever needed. Further updates will be provided when this feature becomes Generally Available.
Once available, the feature will allow you to track your SMS Usage and Current Balance.

Selecting the SMS Usage option will display the current usage monthly. We currently have the ability to view your balance against your usage in development and are expecting a release date shortly.
