Purpose

This article will help you understand the functionality that using the Cyclical Servicing module can do for you when managing your Jobs.

What is the Cyclical Servicing Module?

The Cyclical Module allows you to schedule Jobs in allowing for the separation of these jobs with their own unique scheduling parameters.

Servicing work is normally raised in bulk from your back office system and then passed to DRS using the same integration route that you currently use for all of your other work such as responsive and projects.

The module will then automatically batch schedule these Jobs into the DRS diaries out of hours based on the defined criteria that has been configured. Please see below as an example of the Integration process.
