Order fields capture the key information required to describe, prioritise and schedule work within DRS. Much of this data is provided automatically from the back-office system and linked through the Customer record, ensuring consistency across Orders, Jobs and locations. These fields define the context of the work, including customer details, service requirements, scheduling windows and operational constraints, enabling the system to accurately plan and manage appointments.
