Additional Job Data

Job-level fields define how individual pieces of work are scheduled, assigned and managed within DRS. These fields capture key scheduling information such as when work can take place, how long it is expected to take, and which resources are allocated. They are updated as the job progresses through the scheduling process, ensuring the system always reflects the most current state of the appointment and its constraints.

Advanced Job Data

Time Window: this is the window DRS will look for appointments in, this is based on creation to target date usually. Once the appointment is scheduled this will change to the appointment selected

Assignment Period: on new jobs this will be blank, once the job is scheduled the assignment period will change to the point within the appointment slot the job can begin at the earliest opportunity. This can change within the appointment slot when dynamic scheduling and optimisation kicks in.

Resources: will be blank on new jobs, once the visit is scheduled this will populate with the allocated resource.

Duration: the duration of the job based on SMV value (this will also populate quotas fields DURATION_STANDARD/URGENT/EMERGENCY)

Service_Requirement: TRUE/FALSE value - identifies if this job is setup for cyclical servicing

Emergency: YES/NO value – identifies if the job has been classified as an emergency based on priority config
