Andrew Dotto Updated by Andrew Dotto

In conjunction with Infosuite and the Data Warehousing solution, DRS can be configured to capture and report on key performance indicators such as Appointments Made, Appointments Kept, and First Time Fix.

Appointment Reason KPI Settings

Under the Appointment Reason KPI Settings the appointment reason can be configured as to whether the appointment was met or not. It can also be excluded from the KPI extract. To change these Yes/No Values select the checkbox next to the reason which needs editing and click the Edit button.

The Yes/No fields can be selected, and the selection can be saved by clicking the Save button.

Completion Status KPI Settings

Under Completion Status KPI Settings the following factors can be determined based on the completion status of a job:

  • First Time Fix
  • Status Met
  • Fully Completed
  • Carded
  • Follow On Expected
  • Fully Complete Code
  • Non access Code
  • Exclude from Extract

These values are all based on what the customer defines them to be based on their business processes and KPI reasons. The Completion Statuses must match the Task Completion Status from the Job Business Data.

To change these Values, select the checkbox next to the status which needs editing and click the Edit button.

The Yes/No fields can be selected, and the Free text values can be typed, and the selection can be saved by clicking the Save button.

Priority Group KPI Settings

Under the Priority Group KPI Settings the Priority can be configured as to whether the appointment was an emergency or not. These values must match the Priority Business Data from the Order object. To change these Yes/No Values select the checkbox next to the reason which needs editing and click the Edit button.

The Yes/No fields can be selected, and the selection can be saved by clicking the Save button.

Resource Group KPI Settings

Under the Resource Group KPI Settings the Workers can be grouped together for reporting purposes. To add or edit a group of workers click the corresponding Add or Edit Buttons.

The Group will need a unique ID or Name and then clicking the plus button will allow for workers to be selected to be added to the group (see below)

Further workers can then be added using the + button or removed using the delete icon.

Once configured, the group can be saved by clicking the Save button.
