Managing Your Tenant Code Rules

Andrew Dotto Updated by Andrew Dotto

Tenant Code Rules can be used to monitor inbound jobs raised against customers that have a Tenant Code configured on their customer record.

Tenant Code Rules use the value mapped to the Tenant Code field on the Customer to redirect the Job Template assignment. Instead of using the default Job Template, DRS can apply an alternative Job Template based on the customer’s Tenant Code.

This is commonly used where a customer has previously been identified as requiring a specific type of attendance, such as more than one operative attending the job.
