Managing Your Unavailability Reasons

Unavailability Reasons are used when adding unavailability directly against a Worker Resource or from the Diary View.

They allow users to categorise why a worker is unavailable, such as annual leave, sickness, training, meetings, or other non-working time.

Configuring your Unavailability Reasons

Unavailability Reasons are used when creating Unavailability’s directly on the Worker Resource or Diary View. An ID and a Name is needed to create a new unavailability reason to be made available for selection.

Unavailability Reasons can be added, Edited, Deleted or copied by using the corresponding buttons.

Each Unavailability Reason requires:

Field

Description

ID

A unique identifier for the Unavailability Reason

Name

The display name shown to users when selecting the reason
