Job Templates

Job Templates are created within DRS to associate SOR's (Schedule of Rates) with the skills and abilities needed to deliver them. This mapping is done as part of the system configuration and define the abilities and criteria required for the work, enabling the scheduler to automatically identify suitable resources based on skills, sectors and other relevant data.

This process is applied automatically when a job is created, but can be updated and managed as part of ongoing job and task management where required.

Changing a Job Template

Select a job from your Jobs List and click the Change Template button. From this menu, select your new Target Template and click Save.

Once saved, the worker request will be changed to reflect the requirements of the new Template.

This will effect any future scheduling for this task.
