Managing Your Bookmarks

Andrew Dotto Updated by Andrew Dotto

Diary Bookmarks are used to manage saved diary views once they have been created. They allow users to quickly return to a specific set of worker diaries without needing to manually rebuild the view each time.

There are two types of Diary Bookmarks: Personal and Shared. Personal bookmarks are only visible to the user who created them, while Shared bookmarks can be made available to selected user profiles.

Managing your Diary Bookmarks

From the Diary Bookmarks screen, users can choose which type of bookmark they want to view, edit, or delete using the drop-down menu. When viewing Personal bookmarks, users will normally only see their own bookmarks unless All Personal Bookmarks is selected, which allows personal bookmarks created by other users to be reviewed.

Existing bookmarks can be opened by selecting the relevant checkbox and clicking Edit. From there, the worker diaries included in the bookmark can be amended, removed, or reordered before saving.

From here, using the selecting the checkbox and clicking the Edit button will take you into the bookmark where it can be modified and saved. The workers diaries that are displayed via the bookmark can be amended, deleted and moved around from here:

If a personal bookmark needs to be shared more widely, the Shared Bookmark Details option can be selected and the relevant user profiles added. This allows the bookmark to be made available to the appropriate groups of users.
