Customize

Purpose

The customize screen is used to modify some key components of the User Interface to better align it with your company and users needs.

Customizing your System

Within the Customize screen, you can change your Header Text, Logo and display Language. Selectable languages will be available based on your DRS licence agreement.

It is accessed through the following Menu: DRS > Configuration > Customize

Editing your setup

Clicking the Edit button allows items on this screen to be changed. Once Edits have been made click the Save button to save or the Cancel button to cancel changes.

Other

Header Text – Changing this will add the text to the header of the system. This is particularly useful to distinguish between live and test systems.

Small Logo - Logo to be used either needs to be saved on the web application server here (C:\DRS\TOMCAT\SERVICES\TOMCATxPORTAL\webapps\opt-portal\img) as either JPG or PNG File, or, it can be any external available image i.e. stored on the company website, as long as DRS can access the linked image.

DRS will automatically resize the image to fit the navigation bar.

Languages

Default Language – This can be set to the default language you require. English or French are available by default. This language will be the language loaded for your users on login.

Moving any language into the Selected Values column will allow that language option to be selected by your users.
