KPI Extract - What is it and How does it work

Purpose

This article will help you understand what the KPI configuration within DRS is, how it works and what it can tell you when coupled with Infosuite.

What is KPI Reporting

The KPI Extract is a function within DRS which creates a user configurable reportable dataset within the database. This reporting dataset can be accessed via the replicated database, or through using Infosuite. By configuring the various options within the KPI menus, you can customise the way DRS calculates key metrics such as Appointments made and kept and First Time Fix. These values are then used within various Infosuite reporting dashboards and charts to help you keep track of your delivery quality.

How does it work

The KPI Reports Extract runs on a configurable scheduler runs once a day to build an extractable data set.

The dataset can be interacted with through direct BI analysis by accessing the replicated database, or by using our Reporting tool, Infosuite, which comes with a series of pre-configured Dashboards, Objects and Calculations for your reporting needs.

By using your KPI reporting configuration, we can provide a personalised reporting output to help you review and improve your outcomes. All of the Configuration for the KPI extract can be found within the Configuration Menu of DRS.
